WHAT IS A medical Grade CHEMICAL PEEL?

A medical grade chemical peel is commonly known as a medium depth peel. The biggest difference is that light chemical peels do not penetrate very deep. Rather, they target the most superficial layer of skin. Peels that are slightly more penetrative and more concentrated are medium peels.

With a medium depth peel you are going to need a full 7 days of down time out of the sun entirely. You normally start to peel around day 3 and this will last anywhere from day 5 going into day 6. These peels are often used for people looking for quick and effective results. These peels can be done in a series depending on the results you are looking for.

The maintenance of this peel is quite easy as it is done every quarter or every 6 months to a year!
